The demand for data center space is reshaping commercial real estate across the Charlotte region. This program features three industry practitioners -- a developer, general contractor, and broker -- who will share firsthand insight into what it takes to bring a data center project from concept to delivery. Topics include site criteria and power infrastructure, construction costs and timelines, tenant and end-user requirements, and where the Charlotte market sits in the national data center landscape.             

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received on or before April 17th are entitled to a full refund less a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be awarded for cancellations after April 17th or for no-shows.
