Spencer Jackson is the Principal of Jackson Envelope Consulting (JEC), a Charlotte-based firm specializing in independent building envelope testing, forensics, and quality assurance. With a background rooted in complex diagnostic investigations, Spencer helps developers and property owners eliminate the guesswork associated with water intrusion and envelope failure. Holding elite credentials as an IIBEC Registered Exterior Wall Observer (REWO), Registered Roof Observer (RRO), and a Level 3 Master Thermographer, Spencer focuses on high-risk transitions—the critical interfaces where most buildings fail.
