2026 NAIOP North Carolina Statewide Conference

On February 25-27, 2026, more than 400 commercial real estate professionals from across the state will come together for the state's largest conference dedicated to commercial real estate development. This event offers a relaxed, welcoming environment with timely and informative programming—creating opportunities to connect, share insights, and enjoy a little competition on the greens.

Please note: When booking accommodations, registrants must ensure they select the correct check-in and check-out dates within the designated room block. Any dates outside of this range will automatically appear as unavailable or sold out in the reservation system.

Lodging Update

*Due to high demand, rooms at Pinehurst Resort for the first night (February 25) are now sold out.*

Pinehurst Resort is maintaining a running waitlist in case additional rooms become available. Attendees interested in being added to the waitlist may contact the resort directly. 

Good news: Rooms are still available for the second night (February 26), and we encourage guests to make their reservations as soon as possible to ensure availability.

For those seeking alternate accommodations, a limited number of rooms are also available at Homewood Suites Pinehurst. Upon completing registration, you’ll receive booking links for both hotels.

Cancellation Policy

If NAIOP receives your written cancellation and refund request at info@naiopclt.org: 

  • By February 4, 2026, you will receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. 
  • On or after February 5, 2026, no refund will be given.

Note: Spoken requests for refunds will not be accepted; all requests for refunds must be made in writing. Registrations can be transferred to another member of your organization. If a registration is transferred from a NAIOP Member to another NAIOP Member, the Member fee will apply.  If a registration is transferred from a NAIOP Member to a nonmember, the nonmember fee will apply. We cannot apply your registration fees to another NAIOP event.
